Day 1: Hanoi – Ban Gioc Waterfall – Nguom Ngao Cave (Tiger Cave) (L/D)

6:00 – 6:30 AM: Begin your journey with a convenient hotel pickup in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Once on board, set off toward the stunning northern frontier, home to one of Vietnam’s most majestic natural wonders.

7:15 AM: Depart for Ban Gioc Waterfall, located on the Vietnam–China border. Known as one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world, Ban Gioc is a breathtaking sight where crystal-clear water cascades down multi-tiered cliffs surrounded by lush greenery.

12:45 – 1:00 PM: Upon arrival in Cao Bang, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, featuring regional specialties that introduce you to the flavors of the north. After lunch, continue your exploration of Ban Gioc. You’ll have time to walk around the area, take photos, and optionally enjoy a bamboo boat ride near the waterfall (self-paid) for a close-up experience of this natural marvel.

Next, visit the Nguom Ngao Cave, also known as the “Sound of Tiger Cave.” Inside, you’ll be amazed by dramatic stalactites and stalagmites that have formed over thousands of years. This hidden gem offers a surreal underground world that’s perfect for exploration and photography.

By 4:30 PM, you’ll check in to your hotel near Ban Gioc Waterfall in Cao Bang Province. Relax and unwind after a full day of travel and sightseeing.

6:30 PM: Enjoy a warm dinner served at the hotel. Overnight stay in your comfortable room near the falls, ready for more adventures the next day.

Day 2 : Ban Gioc Pagoda – Angle’s Eye Mountain (B/L)

7:00 AM: Start your day with a hearty breakfast and check out from your hotel in Cao Bang.

8:00 AM: The guide and driver will pick you up for a short drive to Ban Gioc Pagoda, perched above the famous waterfall. From this peaceful spiritual site, enjoy a panoramic view of Ban Gioc Waterfall and the surrounding green valleys—a perfect photo opportunity.

Next, continue your journey to Angel’s Eye Mountain (Thung Mountain) in Quang Uyen District. This fascinating natural rock formation features a large circular hole right through the middle of the mountain, creating a unique and otherworldly landscape. A must-see for geology lovers and nature photographers alike.

12:00 PM: After sightseeing, enjoy a local lunch in Quang Uyen District, sampling more of Cao Bang’s traditional cuisine.

Following lunch, board the bus and relax as you travel back to Hanoi. The scenic drive takes you through stunning northern Vietnamese countryside, offering one last look at the beauty of the region.
