10:30 AM: Arrive at Hoa Lư, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010. Wander through this historic complex and learn about the fascinating stories of Vietnam’s feudal dynasties: Dinh, Le, and Ly. Explore the centuries-old temples and get a sense of the country’s early royal past.

11:45 AM: Head to a local restaurant for a delicious buffet lunch offering a variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes, including goat meat, grilled fish, fried rice, chicken, and more. Vegetarian options are always available.
